When photography was born, it didn't take too long to arrive in commercial are and publicity or even to be more popular than illustrations. The photography showed different by the fact that it don't capture just a moment, but all the emotions involved too that will be noticed by the customers. Think: How many times you saw a picture that made you stop? - Not by a moral shock, but because you felt emotionally connected to it, because you felt it had to do with you or your history.
These pictures carry colours mixed with sensations of something you can't describe or comprehend, but they are there and can be felt by other people.
